As of December 29. 140 individuals have so far been injured by firecrackers according to Department of Health, numbers are expected to increase, as the New Year celebration drew closer.

The figures are low compared to same period last year, however the Health Department is unhappy nevertheless as there’s still firecracker injuries occurring.
