Warning to all parents, another teenager fell victim to rape eyeball the suspect her Facebook friend and textmate.
The incident happened when the suspect after gaining the victim’s trust asked for a date or eyeball with the intention of raping her.
The victim’s mother was horrified after learning what happen to her 13-year-old daughter.

They immediately reported the incident to the Police. The suspect was identified as ”Vergel Bibo” 21year old from Taguig City and already fled from the area where he resides when the police tried to arrest him. The suspect faces child abuse and rape case.

This is the second reported teenage rape eyeball in the same city in less than a month, probably there are more unreported incident like these were the victim choose to remain silent.
