Typhoon Ruby landfelled 11:05AM this Morning at Torrijos Mariduque, it is expected to landfall next in Batangas and Metro Manila late evening and early dawn.
Moving slowly with only 10-15kph speeds because of high-pressure area and Amihan with 105kph wind. Expect moderate to heavy rains.
Storm surge warning at Manila bay up to 1 to 2 meters high, slow movement of the typhoon ruby will result in huge rainwater fall.
